Biography

Marianne C. Bee is a Professional Geriatric Care Manager who provides compassionate and comprehensive care to her clients.

She is passionate about serving the needs of older people and is dedicated to ensuring them with the dignity and respect they so deserve.

Marianne’s compassion extends to family members, whom she helps navigate the complex system with ease and comfort.

Scope of Services

• Comprehensive in-home assessments
• Individualized Care Plans for immediate and long-term needs
• Medication review and supervision to ensure compliance with prescribed medication
• Coordination of home care and caregiver support
• Response to emergencies and crises with referrals and visits
• Advocacy, counseling and support
• Referral to all aspects of elder care services, including appropriate housing
• Liaison between older adults, families, health care providers, social service agencies, government entitlement programs, elder law attorneys and community services
• Assistance with governmental entitlements, benefits and applications
• Coordination of transportation/Accompanying clients to medical and community appointments
